About the Role: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote PART TIME Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our client, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls on an autodialer, as well as email communications. Your primary objective will be to contact shareholders and provide accurate information, addressing any concerns they may have. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing 100-300 phone calls daily on an autodialer, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as email correspondence, with professionalism and poise.
  • Informing shareholders about discrepancies in the information they've received and providing accurate updates.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting performance standards.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in customer service and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service or data entry experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a solid educational background.
  • Access to a reliable laptop/computer and headset, with a Windows 10/11 operating system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications: Nice to Have

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences will give you a competitive edge:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, particularly with autodialer technology.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
