  • Develop and maintain proficiency in our hospital's scheduling software, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding callers to the appropriate resources, ensuring that every interaction is positive and meaningful.
  • Communicate changes or cancellations in a timely and effective manner through both written and verbal correspondence, ensuring that patients and stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Assess and prioritize scheduling requests to ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple priorities efficiently and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Pre-register patient encounters by collecting necessary demographic and financial information for various services, ensuring that patients receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our scheduling system to assist patients with inquiries related to billing, insurance, and self-pay options, providing personalized support and guidance.
