Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Verification: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our record-keeping systems, verifying information for completeness and accuracy.
- Scanning and Indexing Documents: Scan and index documents, ensuring that they are properly labeled and stored in our digital filing systems.
- Maintaining Organized Digital and Physical Files: Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical files, ensuring that records are easily accessible and retrievable.
- Responding to Internal and External Requests: Respond to internal and external requests for records, providing accurate and timely information.
- Reviewing Records for Accuracy and Completeness: Review records for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- 0-2 Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience in data entry, records management, or a related field is required.
- Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including MS Office and typing 40 wpm, are essential for this role.
- Reliable Internet Connection and Quiet Workspace: A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are necessary for remote work.
- Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Records Management, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience with Database Management Software: Experience with database management software, such as SharePoint or FileHold, is desirable.

Work Environment

Compensation and Benefits
