Job Overview
As a Remote Licensed Clinical Therapist with Curect Neuropsychology, you'll play a critical role in providing assessments, treatments, psychotherapy, and referrals to a diverse range of clients. You'll work closely with our dedicated office support team to ensure seamless delivery of services, and you'll have access to regular group supervision and didactics to support your professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with clients across the lifespan, using evidence-based practices and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the complex needs of our clients, and monitor progress to ensure effective care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, in accordance with professional ethics and regulatory requirements.
- Refer clients for neuropsychological assessments as needed, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in administrative and professional consultation/supervision meetings to stay updated on best practices and to contribute to the growth and development of our team.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by department leadership, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to teamwork.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, from an accredited institution.
- A current license to practice as a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of New York.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mental health, which may include post-graduate training or supervised experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual support.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued:
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
- A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in mental health care.

- A competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
