Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree: A four-year college degree is required, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing social media campaigns.
  • Content Creation Skills: Strong copywriting, visual creation, and video production and editing skills.
  • Communication and Project Management Skills: Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform strategy.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in Education or Community Management: Experience working in education, event management, or community management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Twitter's Vision and Mission: Familiarity with Twitter's vision to empower women into business leadership and its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Experience with Content Creation Tools and Platforms: Experience with tools and platforms related to content creation and social media management.
