You'll be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for our CTE products, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our CTE products, including product positioning, pricing, and launch plans.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, utilizing internal resources and driving collaboration with external partners.
• Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target buyer personas.
• Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves, and translate them into product and GTM strategies and execution plans.
• Understand the CTE competitive landscape and how Vector is positioned within it.
• Document and analyze CTE buyers' processes, including their information-gathering habits and decision-making criteria, to inform our sales and marketing processes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and report back to the business on required changes.
• Support our sales channels by training them on the issues we solve for our customers and developing internal tools and external enablement resources.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Passion for Career and Technical Education and career preparation.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to change.
• Excellent communication skills with a direct communication style and the ability to articulate a clear vision and value proposition to internal stakeholders, customers, and the market.
• Proficient in using data and analytics to design, track, and improve KPIs and forecasts.
• Ability to work across different functional teams and anticipate business needs.
• Proficient in productivity applications like Jira and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and familiar with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong writing and design skills, with an understanding of what good design looks like.
• Excellent people and management skills, with the ability to communicate with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to give and receive feedback.
