ITM Marketing, in partnership with Workwarp, is excited to announce an immediate hiring opportunity for a Remote Customer Service Representative to support the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) healthcare enrollment initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to callers, guiding them through the healthcare enrollment process, and ensuring they have the information needed to make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling telephone, email, and chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, utilizing standard technology such as soft telephones, email, and web browsers to perform your duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable responses to telephone, email, and chat inquiries regarding OPM healthcare enrollment information
- Follow established policies and standard operating procedures, including filling out timesheets and adhering to privacy rules
- Utilize technology such as telephone, email, and web browsers to perform job duties efficiently
- Assist callers in locating information needed to make informed healthcare plan decisions
- Refer calls to other agencies as specified in training and work instruction documents
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OPM regulations and policies
- Report problems and issues via the online system for resolution
- Respond to inquiries within departmental staffing and time parameters
- Perform light data entry and clerical duties as defined in training and work instruction documents
- May be required to work scheduled holidays and overtime
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience
- Ability to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
- Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- Proven ability to work as a member of a team
- Experience working with a PC and Windows environment
- Ability to pass a Federal Public Trust Background Investigation
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with healthcare enrollment processes or related fields
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations

- Reliable, high-speed internet service with a minimum of 20 MBPS download speeds
- A traditional, wired high-speed connection such as cable or fiber
- Ability to connect your computer directly to your modem or router via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi connections are not allowed)
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace
Our partner company will supply your computer equipment, which can be picked up at their location in Pharr, Texas.
