Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with Shift One, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, providing top-notch service to their customers. We are currently seeking several representatives to fill immediate openings on our first shift, with various schedules available to accommodate different preferences and needs.

Available Shifts

  • Schedule A: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Schedule B: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Schedule C: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks designed to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your duties will include:

  • Answering and booking incoming calls, emails, and other requests in a professional and courteous manner, projecting a positive image of our clients and their services.
  • Making outbound calls to book and confirm appointments, ensuring the dispatch board is utilized to its full capacity and maximizing service delivery efficiency.
  • Selling services to consumers who contact customer service, leveraging your sales skills to identify opportunities and meet customer needs.
  • De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance, support, and resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Informing clients and customers about new products, services, and policies, ensuring they are aware of the latest offerings and benefits.
  • Guiding callers through troubleshooting processes, navigating company websites, or using products and services, providing clear instructions and support.
  • Reviewing customer or client accounts, providing updates and information on billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
