We are currently seeking a certified and experienced teacher to join our team in Vinita, OK, as a part-time Small Group Intervention Teacher. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with students in grades K-8, providing targeted support in reading and math to help them overcome learning gaps and achieve academic success. As a Catapult Learning teacher, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values transparency, decisiveness, humility, accountability, and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct small groups of students in reading and math, focusing on intervention and skill development.
  • Deliver designated instructional models using company-designed materials and educational strategies.
  • Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans, ensuring that instruction is tailored to meet the needs of each student.
  • Supervise students at all times, including escorting them safely to and from classrooms and learning stations.
  • Perform data entry in a timely fashion, meeting deadlines for student attendance, online pre/post testing, progress reports, and other required documentation.
  • Schedule and attend parent meetings/conferences, maintaining consistent communication with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents.
  • Establish and maintain student forms and files as required by company, local, state, and federal agencies.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Oklahoma teaching certificate.
  • Classroom teaching, internship, and/or tutoring experience.
  • Willingness and ability to teach both math and reading/ELA to various grade levels.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Zoom/Teams preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students in grades K-8.
  • Familiarity with intervention instructional models and curriculum.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
