Job Summary

As a Retail, Pricing, and Strategy Director at Workwarp, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retail, pricing, and category management strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our commercial leadership team, division managers, and other stakeholders to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop plans to maximize gross profit and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement retail, pricing, and category management strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate with the commercial leadership team, division managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and inform business decisions
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and drive innovation

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in retail, pricing, and category management, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through innovative strategies and plans
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with experience in leading and developing teams

Preferred Qualifications:
