Key Responsibilities

  • Provide critical support to hotels and regional/corporate users in the use of Hyatt’s Revenue and Reservation systems, including PrO, Reserve, RMT, and Hy-Res.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership and developers to enhance RMS systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Facilitate training classes and workshops for Revenue, Reservations, Sales, and Operations colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure seamless system operations.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance of new RMS enhancements, bug fixes, and releases.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Hyatt’s revenue management systems and periphery systems that influence them.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Hyatt property experience in Revenue leadership or similar experience utilizing Hyatt PrO.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English (written and spoken).
  • Highly skilled with system/function knowledge of Reserve (CRS), PrO (RMS), and RMT (Rate Management Tool).
  • Training experience both virtually and in-person.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and work independently with high efficiency and professionalism.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to creatively problem-solve.
  • Open-minded and able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and champion change.
  • Ability to use independent judgment and, when necessary, act as sole decision-maker when interacting with hotels.
  • Schedule flexibility is required up to and including occasional evening, overnight, early morning, and weekend hours.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for training sessions and/or corporate meetings.
  • Ability to relate to hotels and deliver authentic, experienced-based training with knowledge to go into live systems for demonstrations and examples in both live and virtual environments.
  • High School education is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Opera (PMS) and SynXis experience.
  • Previous experience with Ideas G3.
