As a Sales Representative for Workwarp, you will be responsible for generating demand for our products and services through strategic partnerships with local golf organizations, product demonstrations, and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our development teams to provide feedback on product testing and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive demand for Workwarp's products and services in the Southwest Desert region.
- Conduct product demonstrations to golf courses, teaching pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, and other golf client segments.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service, including proposal preparation and order administration.
- Provide first-level support to customers, including product training and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with our development teams to provide feedback on product testing and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the local golf industry, including golf course owners, teaching pros, and club fitters.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or Marketing.
- At least 3 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in the golf industry.
- Proven track record of developing and applying sales and marketing strategies to drive results.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Personal drive, self-starter mentality, and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide well-thought-through solutions.
- Strong listening skills and ability to consider other perspectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced computer skills, including Windows 7-10 configurations and Microsoft Office.
- Strong network in the local golf industry, preferably with existing relationships with golf course owners, teaching pros, and club fitters.
