Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Store Clerk to join our team at Workwarp. As a Seasonal Store Clerk, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by completing all necessary steps to release products to patients and dispense their products, which may be permissible, according to state regulations.
  • Manage inventory effectively, including tracking consumed or discarded stock, and identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Comply with the company's HIPAA policies and deliver training for its employees to comprehend and abide by relevant health information protections.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by handling phone calls, responding to customer feedback, and resolving issues in a prompt and positive manner.
  • Maintain clean and organized work stations and customer waiting areas, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations and policies.
  • Abide by and promote all laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels, and report any criminal activities, such as theft, hold-up, or deceit.
  • Comply with the company's cash register usage guidelines and ensure that all cashier handling procedures are meticulously followed to mitigate the chances of financial loss.
  • Responsibly manage phone calls by assigning the appropriate degree of urgency to each one and handling them accordingly.
  • Regularly audit the overall inventory control system to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, providing timely solutions and ensuring that the system remains effective.
  • Follow the prescribed procedures of the department by maintaining clean and organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
  • Abide by the laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels, and report all criminal activities, such as thievery, hold-up or deceit.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must have reached the legal age of 18.
  • Must be able to keep confidential records secure while working with them.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous comparable experience in retail sales and customer service.
  • Experience in managing inventory for a retail business.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing wellness initiatives that effectively engage all employees in activities that improve their overall health.
