Compensation and Benefits

We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $15.00/hour for this role. In addition to your base pay, you'll have opportunities to earn commissions and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Training and Onboarding

Our paid training program starts on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, and runs for two weeks, followed by a one-week nesting period. During this time, you'll receive comprehensive training to prepare you for your role as a Remote Customer Service Representative. The training schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries and concerns
  • Ensuring all account information is accurately documented and inputted into our client system
  • Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
  • Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties
  • Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
  • Consistently discussing additional product and service offerings with customers on qualified calls
  • Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals

Key Results Areas

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

  • Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time
  • Achieve Quality Assurance goals
  • Adhere to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

We're looking for detail-oriented and organized individuals who can prioritize work and meet strict deadlines. You'll need to have:

  • Effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism
  • A strong focus on exemplary shift attendance
  • One to two years' experience working in a call center environment (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to learn software applications
  • A High School graduate/equivalent or higher

Technical Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

  • A broadband internet connection (no DSL or Dial Up)
  • A hard-wired connection (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
  • Internet speed test results showing 25 mbps download and 20 mbps upload
  • A camera that can be used during training (must be on from start to end of each shift, excluding breaks and lunches)
