Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, ensuring accurate and efficient issue resolution.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, asking probing questions to come to a resolution.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.
- Offer additional products and/or services, enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED, with a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution.
- Excellent computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with High-Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
