As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our patients have a positive experience while resolving their accounts in a timely manner. You'll be the face of Providence Health & Services, providing compassionate and respectful service to our patients, and protecting their privacy with utmost care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve account-related issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding their accounts, billing, and payment options.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve patient concerns and improve overall patient experience.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and adhere to set schedules and handle time standards.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with patients, families, and caregivers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A foundational education that demonstrates your ability to learn and grow.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree: Additional education that enhances your skills and knowledge in customer service or a related field.
  • Previous Experience in Healthcare: Familiarity with healthcare operations and patient needs.
