About the Role

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service, expert advice, and tailored solutions to meet their fitness needs. You'll work in our inbound phone center, selling our top fitness products and services, and introducing customers to our VIP Family perks. Your goal will be to not only meet but exceed customer expectations, making them raving fans of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
  • Sell top fitness products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets
  • Introduce customers to our VIP Family perks, enhancing their overall experience with our brand
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize technical knowledge to make effective recommendations and provide expert advice to customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, services, and promotions
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and self-motivation, working effectively in a remote environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and provide a WOW experience
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to navigate the internet, use basic computer software, and calculate simple retail math
  • Reliability and flexible availability, including days, evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day
  • A positive attitude and ability to be self-motivated in a work-from-home atmosphere
  • An established work-from-home environment with a Windows-based PC or laptop and high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Remote or work-from-home experience
  • Previous experience in the fitness industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of fitness products and services, including running and walking gear
