Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Scrub, research, and validate provider contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Contract Research and Installation: Research and install healthcare provider contracts, verifying provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading.
  • Data Entry: Retrieve and enter data from various sources, including computer/web-based systems, files, and documents.

  • Transaction Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work.
  • Professional Experience: 1 year of experience in a professional/office-related environment that required working regularly scheduled shifts.
  • Technical Skills: 1 year of experience using a computer with Windows applications, navigating multiple screens and computer systems, and learning new software tools.
  • Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
