We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team, either remotely in the US or in a hybrid capacity in Atlanta, GA, to drive customer success and retention.

As a Customer Success Manager at Profisee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers derive tangible business value from our MDM platform, fostering long-term relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Adoption: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and value-added resellers (VARs) to ensure new and existing customers achieve their desired outcomes through the effective utilization of Profisee's MDM platform.
  • Retention & Renewals: Exceed 95% gross retention of annual recurring revenue through proactive customer engagement, issue mitigation, and ensuring customers realize tangible results from their partnership with Profisee.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster enthusiastic customers by coordinating resources across Profisee, partners, and customers to ensure value realization and promote Profisee to their peers.
  • Expansion: Identify opportunities for platform expansion or conversion to SaaS by understanding customer use cases, value drivers, and leveraging Profisee thought leaders to align with customer strategic goals.

Performance Objectives and Goals

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing approximately 50-60 enterprise software accounts across different customer segments and license models. Your performance will be measured against key objectives:

  • Within the first 30 days, you'll understand Profisee's solutions, value proposition, customer segmentation, and your assigned accounts.
  • By 90 days, you'll have activated your account engagement plan, engaged with a significant portion of your accounts based on segmentation, and begun managing adoption for new accounts.

Essential Qualifications and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of five years of customer success experience in enterprise software, ideally SaaS in the IT sector.
  • Proven track record of managing high-touch accounts and helping customers navigate complex software solutions.
  • Execution skills: planning, organization, team coordination, and follow-through.
  • Basic understanding of business functions and core IT systems.
  • Motivated, accountable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
