As a Remote Customer Service Agent - Auto Dealer Support, you'll be the primary point of contact for automotive dealerships needing assistance with their orders. You'll provide top-notch service over the phone, using your computer skills to research requests, track vehicle shipments and orders, and assist with car warranties. Your excellent problem-solving skills will enable you to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fantastic service to automotive dealerships over the phone, via chat, email, and other communications as needed.
