You will also ensure that the customer contact software application is updated and accurate, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. This position offers the flexibility of working 100% remotely, with a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 8AM to 5PM, tailored to your specific time zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize phone, chat, and email to communicate with customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their issues.
