Requirements for Working from Home

To ensure your success in this remote role, you will need:

  • A quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace that meets our security standards.
  • Excellent internet connectivity, with upload speeds of 2 Mbps and download speeds of 10 Mbps (faster speeds are preferred).
  • A hard-wired internet connection, capable of supporting high-quality calls and rapid response rates. Wireless and satellite internet service providers are not compatible with our systems.
  • A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, on which you can download our company app for communication purposes.
