Job Summary
We're seeking a results-driven, customer-obsessed, and self-motivated Account Manager to join our team in Bolivia. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that enhance our product selection, pricing, and customer experience. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues, drive business growth, and exceed sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Insights: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends. Monitor competitor efforts and identify opportunities to grow our business.
- Seller Acquisition and Development: Prospect and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guide sellers through best practices of online selling, providing data-driven insights to help them achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues, drive business growth, and exceed sales objectives.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our product selection and client base.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Consultative Sales Skills: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Advanced conversation and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
- Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- E-commerce Experience: 2 years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Consumer Electronics Experience: 3 years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus.
- Direct Sales Experience: 3 years of direct sales experience is a plus.
