Position Purpose: Deliver Exceptional Customer Service from the Comfort of Your Home

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our work-from-home team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll take your exemplary customer service skills, patience, understanding, and compassion to answer inbound phone calls for our clients' members. You'll provide top-notch support, answering questions related to healthcare benefits, and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers where applicable regarding products and services.
  • Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, ensuring seamless and efficient customer interactions.
  • Be dependable and meet all attendance requirements, demonstrating a strong commitment to your role and our team.
  • Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  • Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, striving for excellence in every customer interaction.
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision-making, ensuring that every customer interaction is aligned with our values and mission.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers.
  • Compile and document customer information as required, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Accept and embrace changes within the current business environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • A dedicated area to work from in your home, ensuring a professional and distraction-free environment.
  • Internet speed requirement of 20 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (wireless access is not permitted).
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, enabling you to effectively assess and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services, ensuring that every customer interaction is informative and supportive.
  • Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to your role.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that every customer interaction is aligned with our values and mission.
  • Meet all attendance and dependability requirements, demonstrating a strong commitment to your role and our team.
  • Be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare benefits and related products and services, enabling you to provide informed and supportive interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and memorable.
