Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at CR&R Incorporated, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our call center. You'll be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls from residential and commercial customers, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a large volume of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner (75-120 calls per day)
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records in our call center database by entering information
  • Following all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction
  • Providing exceptional customer service in a professional, positive, and efficient manner
  • Effectively addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and resolution-focused manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Candidate Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • In-person and/or phone customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of calls

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience working in a waste and recycling industry
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
