What You'll Do as a Customer Care Specialist
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the voice of our organization and our clients. You'll be highly valued as our customer's primary point of contact, and you'll care about helping others. Your main goal will be to exceed customer expectations at every turn, listening to their concerns, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle in-bound calls from customers, researching and resolving loan-level inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.
- Listen to customers' concerns, showing empathy and understanding while resolving their issues.
- Take the initiative to truly understand customers' current challenges, solve them, and use your expertise to proactively help them avoid future challenges.
- Participate in special projects, assume new responsibilities, and adjust priorities as requested.
- Utilize technology to multitask, including call handling, loan-level review, and call documentation.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Great conversation skills and ability to WOW customers on every call.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

- Minimum high school diploma or GED, and 1 year of work experience required.
- College degree with 0-1 year of work experience, preferred.
