Job Summary: What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to Airbnb customers through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch support, ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience with Airbnb.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from Airbnb customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues.
  • Listen actively to customers, leveraging probing question skills to understand their concerns and provide personalized support.
  • Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn.
  • Utilize your expertise to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with Airbnb.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with Airbnb's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed support.

Essential Qualifications:

Requirements to Work from Home:

To ensure success in this role, you'll need:

  • A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work.
  • Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster, the better!).
  • In-house network and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.
  • Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems.
  • A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you'll be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications.
