About the Role: Senior Data Architect - Voice of the Customer Solutions

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to lead the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VoC) strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to design and build a robust data model architecture. This role involves collaborating with utility teams to define, structure, and capture business needs, as well as developing information on Voice of the Customer methods to transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics.
  • Work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Define, structure, and capture business needs with utility teams to ensure effective solutions.
  • Develop information on Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform.
  • Design and build robust data model architecture to support fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
  • Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing.
  • Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.
  • Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, exploring & building automation tools.
  • Proactively select and automate manual obligations to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, enhance, and test data for various use cases as part of the VoC end-to-end strategy.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for at least 3+ years.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including dating managers/product owners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Qualtrics and other survey tools.
  • Knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
