Position Purpose: Delivering Exceptional Customer Service
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls from our clients' members, answering questions related to their healthcare benefits, and providing top-notch customer service. You'll be the face of Everise, and your exemplary customer service skills, patience, understanding, and compassion will make a lasting impression on our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring that every customer receives a positive and personalized experience.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers where applicable regarding products and services.
- Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, demonstrating technical proficiency and adaptability.
- Be dependable and meet all attendance requirements, ensuring that you're always available to support our customers.
- Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process, showcasing your problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, striving for excellence in every interaction.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision-making, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex situations.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers.
- Compile and document customer information as required, ensuring that accurate records are kept.

Essential Qualifications:
- A dedicated area to work from in your home, free from distractions and interruptions.
- Internet speed requirement of 20 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (wireless access is not permitted).
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers, showcasing your commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, enabling you to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services, demonstrating your communication skills.
- Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime, ensuring that you're available to support our customers.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, reflecting your values and work ethic.
- Meet all attendance and dependability requirements, demonstrating your reliability and responsibility.
- Be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating your understanding of customer needs and expectations.
