About the Role

As an Experienced Data Analyst and Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in upholding distributors and driving business growth for them through our distributor business age and stage arrangements. You will be part of the Worldwide Associations team, which is responsible for investigating new opportunities with Google's partners. Our team works with numerous partners to bring the best of Google to drive their business. We support Google's own Product groups with fundamental associations to assist with researching client experiences in advertising, Search, Colleague, Guides, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more.

Key Responsibilities

* Support business clients through enhancement, reporting, and investigation * Maintain service levels through meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity objectives * Support the execution and advancement of Google's Automatic business age and stage arrangements * Provide discussion and technical support to a Worldwide Merchant group * Contribute to the investigation and streamlining of cycles, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scale

Requirements

* Four-year college education or equivalent reasonable experience * 1 year of experience with account management, tasks, project management, or a comparable job * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a changing industry and function well with a team

Favored Capabilities

* Experience using business age or Promotion serving arrangements (e.g., Google Promotion Director, AdMob, DV360) * Experience in streamlining functional cycles (e.g., automation) * Understanding of web-based promoting arrangements (e.g., Promotion serving, business age) and key stages and patterns (e.g., desktop, mobile, video) * Understanding of SQL * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
