Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Panama. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Your primary objective will be to study product selection gaps and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring: Develop a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and regularly monitor competitor efforts.
- Seller Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and obtain high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Seller Support and Guidance: Guide sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Participate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.
Primary Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree**: A bachelor's degree is required.
- Sales Experience**: Perfect applicants should own 1 to 3 years of success enterprise sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, generation, retail, FMCG industries.
- Results-Driven**: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused process.
- Product Promotion**: Enjoy promoting nascent merchandise/offering into new markets is strongly favored.
- Communication Skills**: Advanced conversation and presentation abilities, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and be very enthusiastic about success and winning.
- Commercial Judgment**: Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with sturdy written and oral communication talents.
- Analytical Skills**: Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
- Economic Data**: At ease with complex economic data. Polished communication abilities – talking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.
- Leadership Skills**: Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment cozy with “hands-on” management of responsibilities, and demonstrated potential to manage more than one, competing priorities concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
We're also looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:
- E-commerce Experience**: 2+ years e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Purchaser Electronics Experience**: 3+ years of experience in purchaser electronics quarter is a plus.
- Direct Sales Experience**: 3+ years direct sales experience is a plus.
