Job Summary

We are seeking personable and energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our ever-growing inbound call center. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients by providing product/service information, fulfilling customer needs, and resolving any problems callers face with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Schedule appointments for home repair companies
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
