**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Outbound Loan Origination Specialist**

**Responsibilities**
As an Outbound Loan Origination Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our loan origination process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Engaging in conversation and establishing rapport with customers via email and outbound telephone communication
* Inquiring and gathering information about customers' financial situations and financial goals
* Educating customers and loan officers about next steps for a customer's file
* Setting realistic expectations for both loan officers and customers to maximize customer satisfaction
* Inputting data into our computer system as it relates to information gathered for the mortgage loan
* Disposing of customer files appropriately depending on the interest and ability of customers to proceed with being connected with a Loan Officer to continue the loan origination process
* Other duties may be assigned as needed
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Passion for helping customers achieve financial goals
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Desired Education/Experience**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* 1 or more years of office or inside customer service/call center experience
* 1 or more years of experience working in the mortgage or real estate industry
* 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
