About the Role – Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. This part-time position will involve working closely with our premier partner, facilitating the return of leased assets, and supporting inventory management through outbound calls and email communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service on a daily basis, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to educate them on our programs, establish ongoing contact, and build strong relationships.
  • Maintain data integrity within our company CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Interface with multiple business units to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving customer success and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Track, trace, document, and arrange retrieval of AeroSafe boxes, ensuring timely and secure returns.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products, improving product-related sales and customer satisfaction through proactive and personalized support.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate solutions for customers, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence in customer service.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating systems of actions taken, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional support and driving customer satisfaction.
