Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- A verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with our members and provide personalized support
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications, including Microsoft Office
- A dedicated and secure workspace, free from distractions, with reliable internet access that meets our approved speed requirements
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
