Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and coordination on support tickets and listings
- Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of assignments
- Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day a week coverage, including weekends (Sundays mornings only)
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and updates
Essential Qualifications
- Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven organizational and task management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues and concerns
- Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA (training provided for the right candidates)
