Live Chat Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Specialist to join our team at ValueAdd Research and Analytics Solutions LLP. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our clients through chat, resolving their queries and issues efficiently. Location: United States (Remote)
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and chat software
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Experience with live chat support is a plus
