Solution Advisor - Charge Services Remote
Job Description:
Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a Solution Advisor providing EHR expertise, support, and knowledge transfer sessions to the National/VISN Councils/local workshops, and VA Solution Experts
Support Solution Expert in translation of functional requirements
Facilitate ticket management activities
Collaborate with Solution Management Administrator to facilitate design reviews and provide guidance and recommendations for solution optimization
Support the Office of Functional Champion Testing Team (OFCt) with testing activities
Facilitate best review of Oracle best practice recommendations for workflow and configuration
Manage functional validation and end user testing for Oracle Health and integrated third party solutions
Perform feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management
Analysis and development of Current/Future State workflows required
Independently design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software for a healthcare/clinical environment
Minimum qualifications:
5+ years of professional work experience
Works independently designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing software for a healthcare/clinical environment.
Acts as highest level technical expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, healthcare semantics, informatics and multiple platforms.
Responsible for project completion.
Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, computer science, electronics engineering, engineering or technical related field, or an additional 10 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Preferred qualifications:
VA experience preferred
Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
