[Remote] B2B Solution Consulting Manager

As a Senior Manager of Solution Consulting, you will act as an advisor and subject matter expert to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, providing benchmarks, best practices, and partnership proposals to ensure client success.
Responsibilities
• Gathers and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data on an existing client or prospect’s company strategy
• Conduct interviews with various stakeholders inside prospects and clients,
• Conduct quantitative analyses on historical performance and opportunity data
• Develop a presentation and/or report to effectively convey the findings
• Present and defend the findings and recommendations to client and prospect stakeholders, again spanning multiple levels within the organization
• Develops the internal solution, the pricing model, and a solid business case for the existing client or prospect that conveys the benefits of partnership with the client or prospect.
• Contributes to sales meetings as a subject matter expert
• Works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure new engagements are set up for success in the sales cycle.
• Responsible for continuous internal process improvement:
• Provides feedback to internal teams as critical input in product roadmap
• Continuously improve tools and deliverables used in solution consulting
• Maintain cross functional communication and relationships to ensure more successful client experience
Skills
• Strong presentation skills with a strong executive presence
• Experience working on operational issues with great attention to detail and enthusiasm
• Experience and knowledge of sales motions and processes at scale
• Proficient at building business cases and financial models
• Proficient communication and teamwork skills; ability to inspire trust and confidence in others
• Experience analyzing business issues in a consulting, sales or industry environment required
• Experience and deep understanding of the Profit and Loss model
• Experience working on or with a sales team
