[Remote] QuickBooks Wizard (Bookkeeper)

They are seeking a QuickBooks Wizard (Bookkeeper) to manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, maintain accurate financial records, and provide tailored support to clients.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for over 20 clients, including categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records to ensure client confidence in their numbers.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing insight and support tailored to their business needs.
• Collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding client experiences and support overall financial strategy initiatives.
Skills
• At least 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (you’re the go-to expert).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with incredible attention to detail.
• Someone who thrives in a virtual work environment and is comfortable managing their time independently.
• Must be US based and able to work EST time zone
Education Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
