Sonoma State University, a leading institution in the California State University system, is seeking an accomplished Corporate Partnerships Manager to drive strategic growth and partnerships for the prestigious Green Music Center. As a key member of the University Advancement team, you will play a pivotal role in securing corporate sponsorships, strengthening annual fundraising efforts, and elevating the Green Music Center's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to secure and engage corporate sponsorships, enhancing the overall annual fundraising program for the Green Music Center.
- Oversee a portfolio of prospects, working closely with the Green Music Center administrative team and University Advancement to approach, secure, and activate corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
- Manage marketing projects that strengthen the Green Music Center's brand and create campaigns and materials that enhance philanthropic activity and support ticket sales.
- Supervise staff and student personnel as assigned, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective proposals, communications, and stewardship strategies.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in CRM systems, including Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, and other relevant software applications.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in marketing, development, and corporate sponsorships program management, including 2 years of progressively responsible and applicable management and/or supervisory experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, arts management, the arts, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and formulating successful proposals that excite potential donors.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including proposal development skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with computers, Adobe suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google apps.
- High ethical standards and confidentiality in dealing with all constituencies.
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out as a candidate, you should have:
- Higher education and performing arts experience.
- Experience with corporate partnerships, marketing, and communications.
- Spanish language skills.
- Knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and CRMs, as well as PeopleSoft.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to train and evaluate performance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
The salary for this position is anticipated to be in the range of $5,300 to $6,200 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. The University offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
