Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, providing personalized attention and support.
• Build and retain StretchLab membership through sales, outreach to leads, and effective client relationships.
• Manage client care by consistently updating client notes, booking weekly recurring appointments, and ensuring proper stretch techniques.
• Enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients.
• Participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments and studio initiatives.
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed, providing a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it's available for client use at any given time.

Requirements: Essential Qualifications and Preferred Skills

To succeed as a Massage Therapist at StretchLab, you'll need:

• A passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, with previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
• A fitness certification, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
• A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies.
• Availability to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training.

• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients.
• A background in boutique fitness environments, with a deep understanding of the industry.
