Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Stretching Experiences

• Deliver high-quality, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Lead engaging and effective guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients, promoting a supportive and motivating environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging and motivating them throughout their stretching journey.
• Drive business growth by retaining current clientele and contributing to the development of StretchLab membership.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by adhering to proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab's policies and safety rules.
• Participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay updated on the latest techniques and best practices.
• Address member concerns with empathy and professionalism, providing solutions that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with sales associates and the General Manager on studio tours and sales as needed, showcasing the benefits of StretchLab's unique offerings.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention, sharing success stories and studio news.
• Keep all equipment clean and well-maintained, ensuring it's always available for client use.

Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for individuals who not only have a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility but also thrive in a boutique fitness environment. If you're a:

• Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor, or Dance Instructor looking for a new challenge.
• Someone with experience in hands-on training in a fitness or health environment.
• Holder of a relevant fitness certification.
• Charismatic communicator with fantastic interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy for clients.
• Team player with a professional work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to our attendance policies.
• Available to complete our comprehensive 3-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person training.

Then you have the foundation we're looking for. We're eager to train the right individual in our proprietary Flexologist techniques to ensure they excel in their role.
