Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive resource management plan that aligns with organizational goals and project requirements, driving optimal staffing practices and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Operations and Professional Services leadership to optimize staffing practices, ensuring the best possible utilization of resources and expertise.
  • Assign the right people to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements, leveraging our system of record to inform decision-making.
  • Lead weekly meetings to ensure project needs are met, share key business updates, and drive progress towards strategic objectives.
  • Forecast future resource needs, proactively addressing potential resource gaps and ensuring that our teams are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate resource management system of record, ensuring data integrity and informing business decisions.
  • Provide documented staffing strategy recommendations with implementation plans, weekly staffing reports, and updated supply/demand forecasts to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain utilization dashboards customized to leadership requirements, providing real-time insights into resource utilization and project performance.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • US Citizenship, verified through our hiring process.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in staffing project teams, management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent, showcasing your ability to drive strategic resource management.
  • 1+ year of experience with technology professional services, highlighting your understanding of the industry and its unique challenges.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM, demonstrating your ability to leverage technology to drive business outcomes.
  • The ability to prioritize workload and ensure project teams are staffed in the most effective manner, showcasing your organizational and time management skills.
  • A basic understanding of capacity planning models, informing your resource management decisions.
  • Experience in staffing and forecasting in fractional staffing models, highlighting your adaptability and flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, trends, and market dynamics, demonstrating your understanding of the latest industry developments.
  • Experience with Looker or similar BI tools, showcasing your ability to leverage data insights to inform business decisions.
