As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing our Amazon outsourced network, fostering operational excellence, and enhancing our overall governance across customer experience, training, and commercial delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Third-Party Relationships: Oversee the entire lifecycle of third-party vendor relationships, from sourcing and negotiating terms to managing operational delivery and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and procedures.
  • Governance and Inspection Frameworks: Develop and implement robust governance and inspection frameworks to monitor vendor performance, customer experience outcomes, and commercial compliance.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data sources, such as customer feedback surveys, contact transcripts, and operations performance data, to monitor existing metrics, develop new metrics, and generate innovative ways to analyze and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Commercial Compliance: Support commercial compliance initiatives by working with the GO team to develop, compile, and distribute standardized procedures in accordance with Amazon policies, procedures, and philosophy.
  • Partner Review & Governance Program: Develop a comprehensive 'Partner Review & Governance Program' to drive performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and foster collaboration among vendors.
  • Performance Analysis and Improvement: Provide clear insights into performance drivers and the levers that impact performance, using data analytics, regression analysis, root cause analysis, and development of corrective actions.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Benchmarking: Facilitate knowledge sharing and benchmarking among vendors to harness best practices, boost synergy, and expertise.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Assessment: Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Third-Party Vendor Management: 5+ years of experience working with third-party vendors from sourcing through to operational delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Equivalent: An MBA or equivalent degree is preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of business principles, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
