Key Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Verizon technology and product offerings, ensuring you're always equipped to address customer needs and preferences.
- Receive comprehensive training and practice to excel in your role, including training on call script examples and talking points to help you succeed.
- Generate and qualify sales leads working from pre-generated call sheets, utilizing your skills and expertise to drive conversions.
- Effectively manage leads through tracking and follow-up methods, ensuring seamless customer interactions and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Communicate product information to customers via phone, covering price, rate plans, device features, and benefits, as well as addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Gather and process customer information, dispositioning calls at the end of conversations and maintaining accurate records.
- Insert detailed notes of customer interactions and transactions, recording any actions taken to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
- Meet or exceed established daily metrics (calls, sales, follow-up calls) and performance standards, driving success and growth in your role.
- Communicate professionally and accurately with customers, adhering to company standards and protocols to ensure a consistently high level of service.
- Ensure adherence to all company compliance and security measures, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Home Office Requirements:
As a remote worker, you'll need to maintain a quiet, secured work area that ensures customer information confidentiality. Additionally, you'll require:
- High-speed home internet
- The ability to plug into a wireless router via an ethernet cable
Education and Experience:
We're looking for candidates with:
- A High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Preferred experience in face-to-face or telephone sales
- Preferred experience in customer service over the phone
Schedule and Work Arrangements:
This is a part-time opportunity, with a schedule of 25-28 hours per week. You'll have the flexibility to schedule your hours two weeks in advance, with department hours of operation from 8 AM-8 PM, Monday-Friday, and Saturday 8 AM-1 PM. Training hours will be 10 AM-5 PM over four days, with a minimum shift requirement of two hours and a maximum of two clock-ins per day.
