About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Proven Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or remote setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
