• Performs and assists clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collects various clinical data on clients, including vital signs, temperature, and respiration
• Assists clients and caregivers in using medical equipment and provides education on proper use and maintenance
• Notifies professional nurse or nurse supervisor of deviations that could be detrimental to the health and safety of the client
• Appropriately reports changes and documents pertinent information and care rendered to patients to ensure continuity of care

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of experience as a CNA, with a strong background in home health care
• A valid Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification
• A valid Driver's License and automobile liability insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Preferred Qualifications
