Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject area
• Recent or current tutoring or teaching experience, preferably in a K-8 setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Reliable vehicle for transportation, with a willingness to travel to different locations in Manassas, VA

• Ability to commit to at least a semester, with a willingness to continue working with us long-term
• Must be able to pass a background check, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students
