A Day in the Life of a Sr. Data Sync Analyst
As a Sr. Data Sync Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy and improving customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a clear understanding of GS1 Standards, Data Sync principles, and Data Quality Principles.
- Building out the data sync process at Ocean Spray and standardizing best-in-class processes, practices, procedures, and tools.
- Identifying key retailer top causes of data errors/violations and setting a course to reduce errors and improve "first time right" data accuracy.
- Leading operational business activities across the organization to engage senior stakeholders and embed long-term corrective actions.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction and efficiencies through effective understanding and working knowledge of the GS1 standards.
- Supporting and maturing the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) Data Quality and Governance program.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for key stakeholder partners, including R&D, Data Governance, Marketing, Go-To-Market, Supply, and Graphics.
- Developing skills, talent, and value mindset while helping the Sales Operations Team learn, grow, and challenge the status quo.
Key Responsibilities
The following are the key responsibilities of the Sr. Data Sync Analyst:
- Data Synchronization: Develop, implement, and maintain best-in-class data synchronization processes and practices in line with GS1 Standards.
- Data Quality: Identify key retailer top causes of data errors/violations and set a course to reduce errors and improve "first time right" data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead operational business activities across the organization to engage senior stakeholders and embed long-term corrective actions.
- GS1 Standards: Ensure Customer Satisfaction and efficiencies through effective understanding and working knowledge of the GS1 standards.
- Training and Development: Develop skills, talent, and value mindset while helping the Sales Operations Team learn, grow, and challenge the status quo.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Data Sync Analyst with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 3+ Years of relevant experience in data synchronization, data quality, or a related field.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage processes and engage key stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies.
- Experience with One World Sync and Salsify preferred.
- Familiarity with GDSN and GS1 Standards preferred.
